Is There A Vetting Process For Sharing Peer Reviewed Scientific Articles?

A MyMelanomaTeam Member asked a question 💭
Seward, AK

I have a background in science and work as an administrator for a science and education team. My coworkers have been incredibly supportive providing information about the pathology and mechanisms of treatment my husband is going through. We all learn (eventually) that "Dr. Google" is not always a reliable source of information. If/when I find new peer reviewed articles regarding melanoma treatment, is there a process for review before they are shared with the team?
