What Is The Standard Treatment For Stage IV Melanoma And What Is The Length Of Time Treated?

I was diagnosed with stage IIB nodular melanoma with a mitotic rate > 20 in 2020 primary lesion was on my back. I had WLE with SLNB which was clear, CT CAP, MRI Brain and PET scan at that time were negative.
