Hi Matt. I have Stage IV metastatic melanoma and have had wonderful results with immunotherapy. Fatigue was a HUGE factor prior to my getting diagnosed, just couldn't ever 'recover' fully. My oncologist said I was a good candidate for the immunotherapy because I led an active lifestyle. So, been on immunotherapy since November with no side effects other than small rash and I find my endurance level has diminished. I have energy to get through my day to do most things that I normally would do, I just get tired more easily and quicker. I also am eating healthier and have cut out sugar as much as possible in my diet. Have lost 40 pounds, but I was already losing weight prior to my cancer diagnosis. Long story short, yes fatigue is part of the journey. But you can manage it with diet and rest when you feel tired. Best wishes as you manage your journey - - - enjoy each day that you are given!

Hi Matt, I have Stage 3 Melanoma and fatigue is a common issue. I do understand that the immunotherapy I have causes fatigue, I think it is common with melanoma treatment.
